JAVA1KIND.xyz
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This page explains what information is collected when you visit java1kind.xyz or contact JAVA1KIND through this site, how that information is used, and which service providers process it. It describes the practices actually in place on this website.
Who operates this site
java1kind.xyz is operated by JAVA1KIND, the enterprise software practice of Devin B. Royal. For any privacy question or request, contact devin-b-royal@java1kind.xyz.
Information you send through forms
The contact, quote-request, and PromptForge build-request forms on this site ask for information such as your name, email address, company or organization, the service or topic you are interested in, budget and timeline selections where offered, and the message or project details you write. Submitting a form is voluntary; the information is used to respond to your inquiry.
Technical information processed by hosting and security
This site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which processes technical request data — such as IP address, browser and device information, and the pages requested — to deliver the site, protect it against abuse and attacks, and keep it available. Some pages also load Cloudflare's Web Analytics beacon, which provides aggregate traffic measurement. Cloudflare processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Advertising measurement — LinkedIn Insight Tag
This site uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag, a piece of JavaScript from LinkedIn (LinkedIn Corporation) installed on every page. When you visit, the tag enables LinkedIn to collect data about visits to this site through cookies and a pixel, including the pages viewed, the referring URL, device and browser characteristics, IP address, and timestamps. LinkedIn uses this data to:
- measure advertising performance, including counting when a form submission on this site follows a LinkedIn advertisement (conversion tracking);
- provide aggregated website-demographic and audience insights about visitors; and
- build matched audiences so JAVA1KIND advertising on LinkedIn can be shown to, or withheld from, people who have visited this site.
If you are a LinkedIn member, LinkedIn can associate your visits with your LinkedIn account. You can opt out of LinkedIn's use of this data for ad targeting at linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out. You can also block or delete cookies — including the LinkedIn Insight Tag cookie — through your browser settings, and use browser privacy or tracker-blocking features to limit this collection.
Form processing
Forms on this site are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). When you submit a form, its contents are transmitted through FormSubmit and delivered by email to devin-b-royal@java1kind.xyz. FormSubmit processes the submission in order to deliver it.
Payments
Where this site links to a purchase (for example, the $199 API Integration & Repair Diagnostic), payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. through Stripe-hosted payment pages. Your payment information is submitted to Stripe and handled under Stripe's privacy policy; JAVA1KIND does not receive or store your full payment card number from this website.
How information is used
- To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
- To measure and improve the performance of JAVA1KIND advertising.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot this website.
Personal information collected through this site is not sold.
Retention
Inquiry emails are retained as ordinary business correspondence so that requests can be answered, followed up, and referenced in connection with the services discussed. Technical logs held by the service providers named above are retained under their own policies.
Your choices
- Use the LinkedIn opt-out link above, or block cookies in your browser, to limit advertising measurement.
- Email devin-b-royal@java1kind.xyz to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have sent through this site's forms.
- You are not required to submit any form to browse this site.
Changes to this policy
If the practices described here change — for example, if a new measurement or advertising tool is added — this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will change.
